More recreational opportunities are found at the beautiful Lake Poway and Miramar Reservoir, just a few miles north and west of our San Diego new homes at The Estates at Stonebridge neighborhoods.

Also to the north in Poway is the regional arts center, the Poway Center for the Performing Arts, where local artwork is often displayed, and where dance, music and theatrical performances are held throughout the year. The world-renowned Balboa Park, including the San Diego Zoo and several respected museums, is just a few miles south. Farther north of The Estates at Stonebridge neighborhoods are the Wild Animal Park, a selection of local wineries and several challenging golf courses. Qualcomm Stadium, home of the Chargers, is within a few miles south, as are the major shopping malls in Mission Valley and Fashion Valley.

Very close to the San Diego new homes at The Estates at Stonebridge are movies, restaurants and numerous retail offerings a few minutes west at the Mira Mesa Market Center. Nearby Scripps Ranch, Sabre Springs and Poway also offer every conceivable convenience, including numerous grocery and drug stores, discount retailers, wholesale warehouse shopping, banks, credit unions, gas stations, dry cleaners, and so much more. Services like doctors, dentists, vets and many others are also within a 10-minute drive, as is an area hospital.
