Some information can get lost in the excitement of the first orientation. After approximately six weeks you will probably have a fresh list of questions. A Brookfield representative will be there with answers.
Various components in the home should have a routine maintenance schedule. Many come just before the one-year mark. Once again, a Brookfield representative will answer questions and provide information.
Trained workers who prep the home meticulously inspect fine detailing of the home and are held accountable to Brookfields standards.
Throughout the construction process, third-party random checks are conducted to achieve a high level of workmanship.
