Expect More In A Home

Since 1956, Brookfield has been building quality homes for people and their families. But a Brookfield home's quality extends well beyond its four walls. It's in the land we purchase, the materials we use, and the way each home is designed and functions. Every detail in every home is thought about and cared for so  that our customers are proud to call a Brookfield home their home.

While many builders don't go to the extent that Brookfield does, we work with our contractors to build a quality home from foundation to roof. We provide our trade partners with extensive training and rigorous guidelines as well as shade, and a comfortable place to eat. In return, they provide workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standards. We include more standard features and upgrades than most builders. And since quality control shouldn’t be a burden that the customer should have to bear, we take that role seriously. We put each home through a rigorous 147 item quality control checklist. Each home is then graded based on quality and buyer satisfaction. And each member of our construction team is held accountable to these results.

Last, but not least, Brookfield follows-up with the same care and attention to detail for a year after one of our homes is bought. The reason for this is simple - we just want each and every one of our customers to truly love their home. Sure, some say love is a strong word, but we simply believe that everybody should expect more in a home.
