The Foothills Recreation Center is planned to offer a resort-style pool, barbecue/picnic area and fireplace, paddle tennis courts, walking trail and even a yoga exercise circle.  As part of an eco-savvy approach, the pools and spa will have solar panel heating and LED lighting, translating  to energy efficiencies and homeowner savings.
